White Chocolate + Milk Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 1/4 sugar
- 3/4 brown sugar
- 3/4 unsalted butter (either completely melted or softened at room temp)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 large egg
- 2 cups flour
- 1/4 cup instant vanilla pudding powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- Dash of salt
- 3/4 cup white chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup milk chocolate chips
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
- Mix sugars, butter, egg and vanilla together until smooth
- Mix flour, pudding powder, baking soda, and salt together in separate bowl
- Combine flour mixture and sugar mixture together until combined
- Mix in chocolate chips
- Form individual dough balls and bake for 10-11 minutes (until barely golden)
*Only leave the baked cookies on cookie sheet for one minute after removing from oven. Allow cookies to finish cooling on cooling rack.
