With all the talk these days of the Royal Wedding, we’re finding out fun personal tidbits about the royal couple. One of which is that Kate Middleton is partial to sticky toffee pudding. I had never tried it before last week and it is so delicious! I felt very princessy as I ate it. Kate’s favorite comes from the Old Boot Inn in Standford Dingley, a village in Berkshire, England. I’d like to travel there to try it myself, but since that isn’t going to happen any time soon, I did some testing in my kitchen and came up with a yummy version. Does it compare to that from the Old Boot Inn’s English treat? Once I make the trek to England, I’ll let you know!
