Cheese is always a good choice for Superbowl snacks.
Chef Nettie Frank shares the recipe for a cheesy artichoke dip.
Cheesy Artichoke Dip
2 (8 oz. ) packs of cream cheese, softened
1 can of artichokes, chopped
3 green onions, diced
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
12 Football shaped rolls
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1. In a medium size bowl, combine cream cheese, artichokes, green onions, cheese, salt and pepper.
2. Cut a 2″ x 2″ square out of the roll, don’t cut through the bottom of the roll. Pull out that square of bread.
3. Fill each roll with the artichoke dip. Sprinkle some cheese on top.
4. Bake at 375 for 15-20 min.
