dough creations, instead.
Chocolate Chip Pudding Cookies
1 c. butter, softened
 c. sugar
 c. brown sugar
1 t. vanilla
2 eggs
1 pkg. (4 oz) Vanilla instant pudding mix
1 t. baking soda
2 c. flour
2 c. semi sweet chocolate chips

Cream together sugars and butter until light and fluffy. Add vanilla and eggs, and pudding
mix (dry powder only). In a separate bowl, mix together baking soda and flour and gently
add to wet ingredients. Fold in chocolate chips. Use a small cookie scoop to drop dough
onto a baking sheet, placing them close together. Repeat. Then place your pan of cookie
dough “balls” into the freezer for 20 minutes to chill. Place your chilled cookie “balls” onto a
lightly greased cookie sheet approx 2″ apart. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes, until
sides become golden. Remove from the oven and cool completely on a wire rack. These
cookies become better the next day, if you are luck enough to have any left!
