Fruit Dip

For the fruit dips, vanilla yogurt can be substituted, but then you should leave out the sweetener.

Cookies and Cream Protein Dip

  • 1 cup nonfat plain Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons cookies and cream protein powder
  • 1 tsp sugar free syrup

Goes well with apples, pears, or berries

Caramel Pudding Dip

  • 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar free pudding mix

Goes well with apples, pineapple, melons

Creamy Peanut Butter dip

  • 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon powdered peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Goes well with apples and bananas

Veggie Dip

Classic Creamy Ranch Dip

  • 1 cup plain nonfat Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning

Goes well with carrots and cucumbers

Honey Mustard Dip

  • 1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Goes well with celery, bell peppers

Creamy Salsa Dip

  • 1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon 1/3 fat cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons salsa

Goes well with cucumbers, bell peppers and carrots

Make ahead and store for later.
