Malted Fresh Strawberry White Chocolate Chip Ice Cream
1 1/2 cups strawberry purée
1 cup whipping cream
1 cup half and half
3/4-1 cup sugar
1/3 cup malted milk
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt

1.5 oz. European white chocolate, grated
Crushed strawberry malt balls

In a medium sized bowl, whisk together, cream, half and half,
sugar, malted milk, vanilla, lemon juice, and salt. Add
strawberries and mix well. In the last five minutes, add
white chocolate. Freeze according to manufacturer’s
instructions.

Serve with crushed strawberry malt balls.
