Cran-Orange Coffee Cake


1 pkg. yellow cake mix
2 cartons (8 oz.) orange yogurt
2 eggs
1 cup craisins (dried cranberries)
1/4 cup sugar
1 orange


Combine cake mix, yogurt, eggs and craisins. Mix well. Spread into 2 greased 8×8 inch baking pans. Grate the peel from one orange and mix with sugar. Sprinkle sugar mixture over top cakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpcik inserted in center comes out clean. Serve with fresh fruit.
