  • Fresh lime juice

  • Orange zest
  • Lime zest

Cilantro and parsley, roughly chopped, olive oil, fresh lime juice, fresh orange juice, orange zest, lime zest, fresh garlic, pepper, cumin, salt.       • really frustrating watching the show getting excited to make these delicious dishes .. only to find no exact recipe posted. Please please can you ask your cooking guests to write up the exact measurements of each ingredient. I don’t trust myself in guessing! Please could this be considered in the future. Many thanks!
