Make scones for your Mother’s Day celebrations!

English scones are a tasty treat to add to your Mother’s Day brunch. The how-to may seem a little intimidating, but you’ve got this! The results will be totally worth the effort.

Orange Scones

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • Zest 1 orange
  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 T. Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 2 cups Heavy Cream

Directions

Rub together sugar and orange zest.
Hand mix all ingredients until it becomes a dough ball. Don’t over mix it!!
Roll out into 1/2 inch thickness, cut into triangles and bake at 375 for 20 min.
