Peach Burrata Salad
- Sliced peaches, plums, tomatoes
- Shelled Pistachios
Sourdough or maple strudel bread in small squares. Toss with oil and bake at 350 for 15 min or until croutons are browned. Add salt to sourdough croutons
- 1/2 c Olive oil
- 3 Tb balsamic glaze
- Salt & pepper to taste
