Greek 7 Layer Dip

Serve up some comfort food on the buffet table for the big game.

What your chip-dippers will go after is this Greek-style variation on the typical Seven Layer Dip.
Greek 7 Layer Dip
1 cup diced tomatoes
1 cup diced Greek olives
1 cup diced peeled cucumber
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/2 cup diced scallions
1/2 lemon sliced for garnish

Place hummus on bottom of a generous dish. Layer ingredients to your taste.

Serve with pita chips, flour tortillas, or tortilla chips.
Quick and Easy Homemade Hummus
1 can chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
3 TB olive oil
3 cloves crushed garlic
1/4 cup water
3 TB tahini paste
2 TB fresh lemon juice

In a food processor grind all ingredients to form a thick paste.
