We love Wendy Paul for her creative approach to cooking. She has a way of using layers of flavor in her dishes, and that was especially true with her latest recipe. Wendy showed us how to make pie trifle for Thanksgiving, and we weren’t just smitten with the concept. She served the dessert in the cutest mini trifle glasses!
