Pear and Pecan Salad
6 cups torn leaf lettuce
6 cups torn Romaine lettuce
1 red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup Craisins
1 tub Gorgonzola Blue Cheese
2 pears chopped into small chunks
Sliced Strawberries (optional)

Mix ingredients, except pears, in large salad bowl. Mix the dressings in a blender. Drizzle on salad just before serving. Arrange pear slice on top at the last moment
2/3 cup pecan halves
¼ cup sugar
Mix sugar with the pecans in a small skillet. Cook over low heat until sugar melts, stirring to coat the pecans well. Spread on foil and cool, break pecans apart.
3 parts Brianna’s Blush Wine Vinaigrette Dressing
1 part Brianna’s Poppy Seed Dressing
Mix the dressings in a blender.
