Frosting Tips:
1.) Find your favorite recipe and adapt as necessary.
2.) Beat time. Dual purpose for incorporating enough air to give the frosting structure and to break down the sugar so it’s not grainy.
3.) Use enough frosting. Most people get into trouble with how their frosting looks/behaves because they use too little and then overwork it.
