Ruth Todd

‘Communities add meaning and purpose.’ Ruth Todd shares 3 thoughts on her mind

Ruth Todd is not only a successful woman, she’s a wonderful wife, mom, and grandma too!

Women are impressive. Beyond just work and deed is the constant spinning of a mind in motion. A brain that is always thinking ahead, anticipating change, and seeking growth.

Those are the kind of thoughts we celebrate in our new series “On My Mind,” where we invite women you know, love, and admire to share their current and candid thoughts. Ruth Todd shared what’s been on her mind.

There are a lot of flattering words we could use to describe this month’s “On My Mind” guest. But “achiever” is a great place to start.

Ruth Todd is a “yes girl” – an attitude which has led to her wide range of experiences. She spent more than 20 years as a news anchor and reporter. You’ll recognize her from her 10-years as KSL’s lead anchorwoman. She went on to teach broadcast journalism at BYU and serve as a spokesperson for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

After that, Ruth was the Senior Vice President and Chief Reputation Officer for Nu Skin International. She most recently accepted the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Content Officer for our parent company, Bonneville International Corporation.

Ruth currently serves on the General Young Women Advisory Council for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Because we value one’s personal resume as much as we do her professional one around here, we’ll add: Ruth is a wonderful wife, mom, and grandma!
