3 Over-the-Counter Summer Cures

Bug Bite hack

Diphenhydramate 8 50mg tablets 7.00

Hydrocortisone 1% 15grams 1 tablespoonful 6.50

Lidocaine pain gel 4% 15 grams 1 tablespoonful 8.00

And tucks pads

Allergy Meds

Do step 1 Zyrtec (cetirizine) or xyzal (levocetirizine)

Then if that doesn’t work

Step 2 nasacort nasal spray (triamcinolone nasal spray 22.00 120 sprays) once to twice a day

If that doesn’t work

Allegra D (Fexofenodine with psuedophedrine) in the morning

Then

Replace the Zyrtec with Benadryl (diphenhydramine) at night

Then Add nasacrom (cromolyn nasal spray

Then add ketotifen eye drops

Sunburn hack

Lidocaine 4% gel 30 grams 2 tablespoons

Aquaphor ointment 30grams 2 tablespoons

Aloe Vera gel 30 grams 2 tablespoons
