Gingerbread Sticky Buns
Ingredients
- 6 Rhodes Cinnamon Rolls, AnyTime! or Thaw, Rise and Bake
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon molasses
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions for AnyTime! Cinnamon Rolls
- Combine all ingredients: butter, brown sugar, molasses, ginger, nutmeg and vanilla in a bowl to make a sauce. Evenly pour sauce in the bottom of the included pan. Arrange frozen cinnamon rolls evenly on top of sauce.
- Place pan on a baking sheet to catch any drippings. Place in the center of cold oven, then turn oven on to 350ºF. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove pan from oven and immediately and carefully invert onto a serving tray.
- Serve warm with included cream cheese frosting.
Instructions for Thaw, Rise & Bake Cinnamon Rolls
- Combine all ingredients: butter, brown sugar, molasses, ginger, nutmeg and vanilla in a bowl to make a sauce. Evenly pour sauce in the bottom of a 9-inch round or square baking dish. Arrange six frozen cinnamon rolls evenly on top of sauce.
- Cover with sprayed plastic wrap and let rise until double in size.
- Remove wrap and place on a baking sheet to catch any drippings. Bake at 350ºF for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove pan from oven and immediately and carefully invert onto a serving tray.
- Serve warm with included cream cheese frosting.
