Stove Top Meatloaf


2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. Pepper
1 onion
1 tsp. Beef bouillon granules
1 cup saltine crackers, crushed
2 eggs
2 pounds ground beef, (may use part sausage)
1 carrot, grated


Combine all ingredients (more or less may be added to suit personal taste.) Mix well. Pat meat mixture into a heavy 10 inch skillet. Cover and cook on medium heat 5 min. Reduce heat to low and cook 25-35 min. longer or until internal temperature of meatloaf reaches a minium 160 degrees. Drain excess fat, allow to stand for 5-10 min. to set, invert on serving plate, cut into wedges or slices and serve.
