Studio 5 “Signature” Cookies

1 lb. butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1 1/4 cup cornstarch
2 cups flour

Cream butter and powdered sugar together. Once creamed, add cornstarch and flour and mix until mixed together. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until golden on edges.
2 cups powdered sugar
Juice of one fresh-squeezed lemon (about 1/3 cup)
Zest of one lemon

Mix until syrupy in consistency. Add zest.
