Summertime means you’ve got a lot of options for a great workout. In fact, you might find your favorite summertime activity is a top-notch calorie burner!
Studio 5 Health and Fitness Contributor, Melanie Douglass shares the best activities for burning the most calories.
But remember two things!
1) ANYTHING YOU DO COUNTS J When it comes to working out, don’t skip your workout because it “only burns 300 calories”. A calorie is a calorie and it all adds up. Plus, exercise does more than burn calories. It’s rebuilds your body stronger, leaner and smarter so you feel your best, inside and out!
2) You get what you put into it! No matter what the calorie chart says, you can always burn more (and unfortunately, less) by how you choose to execute the moves. Give it your best… everything you have, and you will burn more.
