6 Roll Shapes to Try This Holiday Season

Butterflake Rolls

Two Rhodes Dinner Rolls thawed, but still cold. Combine two rolls. Make 5-6 deep cuts in roll. Brush butter between each cut. Place in a sprayed muffin tin.

Cover with sprayed plastic wrap and allow to rise until double in size. Remove plastic wrap and bake at 350ºF for 15-20 minutes.

 

Cloverleaf Rolls

Rhodes Dinner Rolls thawed, but still cold. Cut rolls in half. Place three halves in sprayed muffin tin. Brush with butter.

Cover with sprayed plastic wrap and allow to rise until double in size. Remove plastic wrap and bake at 350ºF for 15-20 minutes.

 

Double Rolls

Two Rhodes Dinner Rolls thawed, but still cold. Brush one side of roll with butter. Place two rolls in sprayed muffin tin. Brush tops of rolls with butter.

Cover with sprayed plastic wrap and allow to rise until double in size. Remove plastic wrap and bake at 350ºF for 15-20 minutes.

 

Kaiser Rolls

One Rhodes Dinner Roll thawed, but still cold. Roll into 12-inch rope. Tie into a knot. Bring one end over the top and other up through the center.

Cover with sprayed plastic wrap and allow to rise until double in size. Remove plastic wrap and bake at 350ºF for 15-20 minutes.

 

Swirl Rolls

One Rhodes Dinner Roll thawed, but still cold. Roll into a 9-inch rope on flour. Wrap rope into a coil. Place coil in a sprayed muffin tin.

Cover with sprayed plastic wrap and allow to rise until double in size. Remove plastic wrap and bake at 350ºF for 15-20 minutes.

 

Knot Rolls

One Rhodes Dinner Roll thawed, but still cold. Roll into 9-inch rope. Tie into a single knot. Place on sprayed baking sheet.

Cover with sprayed plastic wrap and allow to rise until double in size. Remove plastic wrap and bake at 350ºF for 15-20 minutes.
