Sour Cream Bundt Cake
2 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 Tablespoon baking powder
1/2 Tablespoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
I mixed all those ingredients up, made a well and then added:
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup milk
Mixed all those ingredients in until the batter was smooth and finally I added:
1 Tablespoon lemon juice, fresh from a lemon
Stirred in the lemon juice until it was well integrated. Greased and floured a bundt pan, poured the batter into the bundt pan and baked it at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
Remove from pan and serve warm or at room temperature.
