Hilary Weeks’ Famous Cheese Ball
Ingredients
- 1 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 (5-oz.) jar Kraft Old English Cheese
- 4 T crumbled blue cheese
- 2-3 green onions, diced
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Pecan, chopped
- Crackers of choice
Directions
In mixer, thoroughly combine cheeses, green onions, and Worcestershire sauce. Form into ball and place on a pretty plate. Cover in chopped pecans. Serve with favorite snack crackers.
This must be the 1 of the greatest cheese balls of all times! I was given this recipe some 40+ yrs ago. It has been enjoyed by our family every holiday ever since. How ever the green onion spin was an interesting addition that I can’t wait to try. Oh and by the way on Sunday nite I did find Roka Blue at Smith’s on 123rd in Draper. Thank you for sharing.
