Korean BBQ
1 (2 pound) beef tenderloin or London broil trimmed and sliced to 1/8-inch thickness
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 (2-inch) piece ginger, grated
1 tsp Chinese 5 spice
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon chopped scallion
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro leaves, plus more for garnish

1. Whisk the hoisin, ketchup, soy sauce, ginger, vegetable oil, scallions and cilantro together in a large bowl. Add the beef, cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to let the flavors blend.

2. Heat a grill pan over high heat for 2 minutes and place the beef slices onto the surface for 30 seconds per side. Remove immediately and set aside

3. Set onto a platter and garnish with chopped cilantro.
