The Perfect Pizza Dough
INGREDIENTS
- 1000 g ‘00’ flour
- 680 g water
- 200 g sourdough starter (optional)
- 2 g yeast
- 20 g Salt
METHOD
- Mix all ingredients together until no dry flour is left.
- Let rest 30 minutes.
- Form the dough into balls. (250 g)
- Cover and refrigerate overnight. Pull out the next day to top, bake, and eat!
