The Perfect Pizza Dough


  • 1000 g ‘00’ flour
  • 680 g water
  • 200 g sourdough starter (optional)
  • 2 g yeast
  • 20 g Salt


  1. Mix all ingredients together until no dry flour is left.
  2. Let rest 30 minutes.
  3. Form the dough into balls. (250 g)
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Pull out the next day to top, bake, and eat!
