Make Mother’s Day special. Serve this easy, elegant strawberry bisque.
Strawberry Bisque
2 1/2 c. fresh strawberries (or 2 cups frozen)
1 c. milk
1/2 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp sugar
~Puree in Blender until smooth. Refrigerate until well chilled. Makes 4 1/2 cups bisque.
2 c. minced strawberries
1 T. Sugar
a few mint leaves
~combine in bowl and chill.
