Chopped Italian Salad Stuffed Sandwich
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Cup Lettuce
- 2 slices Ham
- 2 slices Turkey
- 4 slices Salami
- 4 slices Pepperoni
- 2 slices Provolone
- 2 slices Red Onion
- 3 slices Tomatoes
- 1/4 Cup Pepperoncinis
- 2 Tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- 3 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
- Salt and Pepper
- 2 – 3 Deli Rolls
METHOD
- Spread chopped lettuce on a cutting board.
- Layer with ham, turkey, salami, pepperoni, provolone, red onions, tomatoes and pepperoncinis.
- Using a large knife, give everything a rough chop.
- Add the vinegar, oil, mayonnaise, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.
- Continue to chop until everything is very small. You can continue to chop everything until it looks like a paste. This takes about 5 minutes.
- Take out some bread from the deli roll and fill with the lettuce and meat mixture.
- Close the sandwich up and eat!
