Sweet Potato Fries
Medium to large sweet potato
1 egg
1 t. milk
Take one large sweet potato and cut into ¼ inch slices or criss cut into wedges. Mix egg and milk to make egg wash. Brush the egg wash on both sides of sweet potato fries and put on cooking tray at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Turn fries over until cooked till golden brown.
