Utah Eateries: Off the Beaten Trail

Utah is known for its scenery but what about its eateries?

We want to tell you about some great places to stop and eat at while you’re checking out all the beautiful places around our state. Bob Grove from Drive away Vacations has spent lots of time traveling the highways and byways of Utah and he’s come across some pretty great places to eat.

Here is a list of some of his favorite places to eat when you’re off the beaten trail.

Cafe Diablo – Torrey, UT

Boulder Mesa Restaurant – Boulder, UT

Ray’s Tavern – Green River, UT

Bumbleberry Inn – Springdale, UT

Sunglow Cafe – Bicknell, UT

This ‘secret’ recipe for pickle pie was developed by Cula Ekker.
