Xtend Barre is the premier ballet barre workout….Pilates and Dance
AMPlified. The Xtend Barre Workout is a fast paced 55 minute full body
immersion that fuses dance, Pilates and sculpting exercises at the ballet
barre to give you a chiseled body – and fast! If you have limited time, Xtend
Barre will take care of your upper body, abs, legs and butt in under an hour.

No tutus required! We teach a mutli-level class geared to challenge bodies of
any age, gender, or fitness background. We offer exercises that can be
modified for beginners, prenatal clients or clients with injuries, but that can
also be AMPlified for advanced clients that are looking for an extra challenge.
Although we incorporate lots of ballet moves such as tendus, releves and
plies, the learning curve is minimal and it is definitely a workout class not a
dance class. Even if you have never danced before, you can achieve the
strength, posture, and flexibility of one through Xtend Barre. Get the style
and grace of a dancer without having to be one!

blocks west of the 9th and 9th shopping district and walking distance to
Liberty Park. We are the first free-standing barre studio in Utah and are
