Brio’s Shrimp Diavolo

Shrimp and pasta tossed in a tangy marinara sauce. A recipe from the
menu at Brio Tuscan Grille.

Brio’s Shrimp Diavolo
1/2 oz olive oil
1/2 t. chopped garlic
1/4 t. chili flakes
3 oz. shrimp
2 oz marinara sauce
4 oz alfredo sauce
2 T butter
1 pinch salt and pepper mix
6 oz of pasta

Method: Heat oil. Saute garlic, shrimp and chili flakes. Add sauces and stir to combine. Add
butter and season with salt and pepper. Toss in pasta and stir to combine.
