- 1/2 can sweetened condensed milk
- 6-8 oz. Ghirardelli semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2-3Tbsp. heavy whipping cream or whole milk
Directions
In sauce pan over medium heat, melt butter and marshmallows. Stir in chocolate chips until completely melted, do not burn. Then add sweetened condensed milk until completely incorporated. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and 2 Tbsp heavy cream.
If too thick, add remaining Tbsp heavy cream to taste.
If too chocolatey, add more sweetened condensed milk, if not chocolatey enough add more chocolate chips!
Let cool for 2-3 minutes, then pour over cake.
